Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped using the delivery option selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed prior to purchase.
Processing times refer to the time required to prepare an order for dispatch and are separate from delivery times. Any delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, in accordance with applicable law. The seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Tracking information will be provided where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, any additional shipping costs required to resend the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, reasonable assistance will be provided to support any claim made with the courier. Outcomes are subject to the courier’s investigation and decision.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Such delays are outside the seller’s control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item being ordered can be legally imported into their country. Orders refused by customs or returned due to import restrictions are not eligible for refund, and any return shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
