Products
All products are handmade and produced using traditional bookbinding techniques. As a result, slight variations, marks, or imperfections may occur and are inherent to the nature of the product. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to the customer’s specifications. All design details must be agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Once work has begun, custom orders may not be altered, cancelled, or refunded, except where required by law.

Processing Times
Processing times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to workload, material availability, or the handmade nature of the work. Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and methods are selected at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched to the courier. The seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider, though reasonable assistance will be provided where possible.

Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalised items. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and supported with evidence.

Care and Use
Products must be handled and stored appropriately. Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, or prolonged sunlight is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of the seller and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
