Custom Orders
Custom rebinds are made to order and designed in collaboration with you. All design details (including materials, colours, finishes, and overall style) will be discussed and approved before work begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made, and custom orders are non-refundable. That said, if you’re unsure about any part of the process, you’re encouraged to get in touch beforehand—I’m always happy to talk things through and help shape your idea.

Processing Time
All books are rebound by hand, which means processing times vary depending on complexity and current workload. Any timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to material availability or the nature of handmade work. I’ll always aim to be transparent and keep you informed if timelines shift.

Shipping
Shipping options and costs are selected at checkout. Orders are packaged carefully to protect the book during transit. Once an order has been passed to the courier, responsibility for delays, loss, or damage sits with the shipping provider. If something does go wrong, I’m more than happy to help where I can and guide you through next steps.

Care & Handling
Rebound books are made to be used, but they do require gentle care. Avoid moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and excessive pressure. Damage caused by improper handling or storage is not considered a fault, but if you’re unsure how to care for your book, feel free to ask.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of these items, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Any issues should be reported as soon as possible after delivery with clear evidence. I’m always open to discussing concerns and will do my best to resolve issues fairly and reasonably.
